Pizza Hut (Singapore)
I collaborated with the marketing director of Pizza Hut’s Singapore division to update their web copy and app microcopy. They found that their previous copy was converting poorly and was out of touch with the local community.
In this project, we focused on revamping the website to match Pizza Hut’s well-established brand voice, while aligning with the local community’s values to encourage better conversion rates.
After the project was finalized, they found a 15% increase in conversion rates within the next month.
